  • Dynamic analysis (including Chapter XI analysis) of rail car body and rail car suspension systems, and wheel rail interaction using Vampire® and/or OMNISIM

  • Test planning, setup and support for revenue service and laboratory tests, related to passenger cars, transit cars, freight cars, and car components

  • Consulting services for static and dynamic testing, including acquisition of strain, acceleration, pressure, temperature and displacement data

  • Analysis of data from field and laboratory testing, including preparation of reports

  • Failure analysis of railcar systems and components, including structural analysis, weld analysis, and non-destructive evaluation (NDE)

  • Failure Modes, Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMECA) of passenger cars, transit cars and freight cars

  • Design of specialized transducer systems related to railcar performance measurements
